Easy honey mustard marinade. The recipe was originally for grilled chicken, which it is great for, but I love marinating some salmon in this and having it with rice pilaf - very light and delicious

1. Mix together honey, dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, cayenne (if using), and salt/pepper to taste 2. Add chicken and stir well to coat 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins 4. Cook meat as you please
